We discuss your particular Property needs and all steps involved in Selling a Property and provide you advice on the transaction. Quite often we will also advise you to consult your Accountant in relation to any capital gain tax and all GST issues which may result from your sale.

We will also provide you with a quotation of all the fees and expenses involved in your sales for budgeting purposes.

We will then arrange for the preparation of your Contract for Sale and all the necessary certificates, title searches and other documents which are prescribed by Law to be required for a Contract of Sale. We will also liaise with your Selling Agent to assist in the prompt and efficient marketing of your property.

Once Contracts have been exchanged we will liaise with your mortgagee to arrange a discharge of your mortgage and we will take all steps necessary to organise settlement on your property.

Once Settlement has been affected you will be provided with a complete report outlining the distribution of the proceed of sale and will attend to pay the Agent’s commission upon your instructions.
