Purchase of Property

We discuss your particular Property needs and all steps involved in buying a Property then we provide advice on every aspect of the transaction.

We will provide you with a quotation of all our fees and expenses for your budgeting purposes.

Once the Contract has been reviewed, we will negotiate any amendments which may be required, order the appropriate Pest and Building Reports and Strata Reports and then advise you on those reports. We will liaise with your financial institution to ensure that your finances are in place before you proceed further.

Once you are satisfied with your finances and any preliminary reports ordered we then proceed to Exchange on your instructions. Subsequent to Exchange we will attend to stamp your Contract, ordering all the Government Inquiries, Survey, Building Certificates and comply with any requirements that your Financial Institution may have.

For First Home Buyers, we will also assist in obtaining the Stamp Duty exemptions and concessions to which you may be entitled.

As Settlement approaches we will assist in complying with any outstanding requirements that your Financial Institution may have before proceeding to settlement on your behalf and provide you with a full report when the matter is completed for your records.
