Q: What are your office hours?


A: We are open from 9 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday except that we are closed between 1 pm and 2 pm daily for lunch. Out of hours, appointments may be available, please ask when making your appointment.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?


A: We accept electronic funds transfers, cash, cheque or credit card.

Q: I do not live in NSW, are you still able to represent me?


A: Yes, of course. With technology the way it is these days and the vast use of e-mails, the Internet, faxes and couriers we are able and often do represent people worldwide who have transactions in NSW.

Q: Do you charge extra for acting on our mortgage?


A: Normally no, unlike most other firms our fee includes acting on your mortgage and satisfying all your bank’s requirements. Except in unusual circumstances, our fee is all-inclusive and extremely competitive. Please feel free to contact us for further information.

Q: Will you assist me with my First Home Buyer Application Forms and if so will you charge extra?


A: Yes we will assist you with the completion of your First Home Buyer Forms and no there is no extra charge.
